Refund & Returns Policy

At, we prioritize our customer’s satisfaction. Please be aware that our services are digital, and as such, once your order is received, it becomes non-refundable.

Duration: Especially for press release distribution services, you have 2 Hours from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, after this period, we won’t be able to offer either.

Eligibility Criteria:

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
(a) If Get-backlinks is unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations.
(b) If we are unable to replace a removed backlink with a suitable alternative within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds will be issued at Get-backlinks’s discretion and will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that was not provided or fulfilled.

Exceptions to Returns:

Given the digital nature of our service, certain items aren’t eligible for a return. This includes:

  • Press releases that have been sent and distributed to other news sites, which may incur immediate costs from us.
  • Backlinks placed on other partners’ websites.

Processing Refunds: On receiving the return request, we’ll inspect it and send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method in due course.

Delays in Refunds: If your refund seems delayed, consider the following steps:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Get in touch with your credit card company; it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There’s usually some processing time for refunds.

Sale Items: Only full-priced services qualify for refunds. Discounted or sale items can’t be refunded.

Exchanges: We’ll only consider exchanges if the service provided was faulty or damaged. In such cases, email us at

Gifts: If the service was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value. If not marked as a gift or if the buyer got the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them.
